You can also download the Club Card form now and mail it in to one of our locations, or bring it to one of our three locations. Forms are also available at any of the three Kings locations. Customers can fill out a form while you are at one of our locations, and you will receive a Kings Club Card INSTANTLY as well as earning discounts and benefits on your purchases!
